We are a small bakery in Heřmanův Městec on the edge of the Iron Mountains. We keep the traditional recipe of sourdough bread. Each of our breads is original - each bread is made from traditional rye leaven and goes through the hands of a baker.

Authentic homemade pastries, baked goods, and small savory snacks. In our self-service section and at the takeout window, you’ll find homemade pastries, jams, syrups, cookies, and other treats from our own bakery. We also make cakes to order and would be happy to prepare sweet treats for you.

We bake about 400 kinds of products according to modern and partly original recipes. Own production of non-traditional cakes, desserts and cuts according to French recipes. Production is carried out in compliance with EU hygiene standards and regulations, which is confirmed by a certified HACCP critical points system.
