Whether you're in the mood for an award-winning pale lager or a unique specialty, you'll always find the right beer here. Our beer goes perfectly with our delicious cuisine. We recommend our famous roast duck.

The brewery was built in the former laundry room of a family house, located near the historic center of Cologne. The brewery offers mainly bottom-fermented beers, but the offer also includes wheat beer and India Pale Ale. Beer collection is possible by prior telephone arrangement directly at the brewery.

We operate a microbrewery. We provide beer production using modern technologies, traditional recipes and quality Czech raw materials. We operate a brewery shop.

We pay enough care and attention to our lagers, we do not rush when brewing. In the brewery shop we offer the entire range of the brewery, including unfiltered beers and promotional items.

Strážské beer is unpasteurised and unfiltered, which means that all the healthful substances remain in it. Strážská Ema 11%, Strážský Hofmistr 12%, Strážský Baron 13% semi-dark and Černej pes 12% black. The shop is located directly in the brewery. Seating in the brewery courtyard, refreshments in the adjacent bistro.
