Operation of a growing distillery. We burn all fruit kvasses, 180 litres of kvass is burnt in 2 hours. We dilute the distillate according to the grower's requirements. We measure the amount of alcohol and sugar in the ferment free of charge.We offer processing of your fruit, controlled fermentation and subsequent burning.

Offering grower distilling, making and selling fruit spirits, making and selling mead, renting a barrel to start fermentation and cider cider apples from our own fruit.

Bring the fruit to us and we will take care of everything - we will crush the fruit, pickle it and distill it after fermentation. We heat with wood - we will be happy to make you the best moonshine you have ever had.

We are an original craft distillery and growing distillery. We sell spirits from our fruit distillery. Production of genuine fruit spirits from imported lees and fruit supplied. Sale of spirit bottles, demijohns and oak barrels for maturation. Possibility to rent barrels for fermentation.

We make gin. We currently operate as a flying distillery - distillation is done in cooperation with a partner distillery.

Operation of a craft distillery. We brew authentic London Dry Gin using cutting edge techniques and carefully selected botanicals. As well as classic gin, we focus on small batches with unexpected ingredients and flavour profiles.

We are a producer of genuine Czech whisky. We were the first and the only one to specialize in whisky production in our country. We make everything from selected local ingredients without compromising on quality.

We offer burning of our own fruit distillate both from the supplied kvass and supplied fruit, cider making with professional stainless steel equipment of Biopress company. Possibility of distillery tours, events, weddings, birthday parties.
