The French name means good milk. A gourmet mini-dairy run by a family of veterinarians from Moravia, raising French goats and sheep and producing premium quality: goat yogurt, sheep yogurt, fresh goat milk, goat cheese in brine and dried goat milk with colostrum.
I am involved in milk processing and cheese making. I offer salted goat and cow cheese, garlic and herb cheese, as well as Balkan-type cheese, with ripened ermine and romadour culture or cottage cheese and butter made from cow's milk.
We breed Holstein and Brownswiss cattle. We also sell dairy products such as cottage cheese, yoghurt, milk, cheese and cottage cheese desserts or spreads.
We produce and sell yoghurt and other products made from fresh whole milk. Our yoghurt is made according to the original Bulgarian recipe and contains the bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. It is distinguished by its specific, pleasantly lactic acid taste and lasts for at least 20 days.
