We provide health care for patients with colorectal disease.

The Clinic of Pulmonary Diseases and Tuberculosis is the highest type of workplace in the Moravian-Silesian Region. It also focuses on clinical oncology in pneumology and is one of seven pneumo-oncology centres in the Czech Republic and the only one in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

We operate a pediatric pulmonology outpatient clinic. We focus on congenital, recurrent and chronic diseases of the respiratory system in patients under 18 years of age. We provide comprehensive care for children with cystic fibrosis.

The task of the spinal unit is to care for patients with spinal cord injuries in the acute and subacute phase and to treat late complications in these patients.

Operation of a paediatric ENT clinic.

This workplace provides a full range of breast examinations on high quality and modern equipment. The department also provides preventive breast screening.

The outpatient clinic focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease and various secondary Parkinsonian syndromes, Parkinson plus syndromes and neurodegenerative diseases.

During the examination of the patient, it is decided whether the patient will be hospitalized or treated as an outpatient or subsequently transferred to the care of a specialist outpatient clinic. Patients of all age groups with all infectious diseases are treated in the outpatient department on a 24-hour basis.

Operation of the chemotherapy outpatient clinic.

The biopsy laboratory is used for the reception and basic processing of biopsy material, including perioperative examinations.

The stroke unit has 7 beds for patients with acute stroke and for patients after procedures on the carotid and cerebral arteries.

The central cloakroom is used for receiving, registering, storing and issuing personal clothes and valuables of patients. Changing cubicles are available for changing patients. Personal belongings are stored in designated areas on changing racks. Valuables are stored in a central safe.
