The department is responsible for activities in the field of agriculture, agricultural land protection, forestry, hunting, fisheries and veterinary care.

In the agenda of field social work, the department provides the agenda of social and legal protection of children for the territorial district of Poruba, Pustkovec, Plesná, Polanka nad Odra, Svinov, Třebovice, Martinov, Krásné Pole.

The Department creates conditions and concepts in the field of physical education and sport. It prepares and participates in the management of investment projects concerning sports and physical education facilities and public sports grounds in the statutory city.

Providing governmental administration in the areas of movable and immovable city property, restitution, contracts, leases and easements. We handle leases and borrowings of city-owned property or approvals for the placement of utilities, including the execution of easement agreements.
