We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.

We teach the Wing Tsun self-defense system, and at the same time organize courses, lectures and seminars in the field of violent crime prevention. A special area is organizing seminars, courses and lectures for children, professionals from the Police of the Czech Republic, Municipal Police, health professionals, authorities, etc.

I offer classical and online qigong courses.

HSCP – a self-defense, Kung Fu, and fitness club for children and adults. Mini Ninja, physical activity programs for schools and preschools, camps, airsoft, meditation, and corporate team-building. We help develop strength, courage, self-confidence, and teamwork.

We provide year-round instruction and courses in karate and self-defense. Our coaches are dedicated to children and young people, as young as 4 years old. We hold recruitments all year round: you will learn about the philosophy of karate, increase your physical fitness, mobility and self-control.
