Restaurant Nová Hospoda is a newly opened restaurant in Bor, which focuses on quality breakfast, lunch, dinner and varied desserts. We strive for maximum satisfaction of our customers.

The colonial-style bar evokes the atmosphere of a Dutch kingdom, including a garden, but is merely a backdrop to a true steak & burger dining experience, i.e. goodies from the grill, including fantastic burgers served in homemade buns in many variations and sizes.

Operation of a Mediterranean restaurant. Offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, wines, pasta, meats, seafood, homemade desserts and other hot or cold dishes. Carefully selected ingredients, fresh and quality ingredients, healthy and light meals in meat or gluten free options.

Our resort offers accommodation, wellness and restaurant, we are located in the middle of the National Park Bohemian Switzerland, there is a playground, covered outdoor terrace, whirlpool and sauna, private parking, horseback riding in the countryside. We offer rooms of all categories, but also a luxury house for up to 9 people.

Capacity of the restaurant 160 seats, beer hall 20 seats, stylishly furnished restaurant, pleasant seating. Separate smoking and non-smoking areas. Excellent Czech and minute cuisine, pizza, specialties on the grill, cocktails, a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, specialties on the spit, piglets, knees.

We operate a brewery restaurant. We offer a daily menu and meals from the permanent brewery menu. The beer menu is also complemented by wines from Moravia. We also operate a bakery. We bake bread, rolls, brownies, macarons, cakes, frgals and more.

A restaurant in the city center where you can enjoy traditional Czech cuisine, burgers, and great drinks in a cozy atmosphere inspired by the Slovácko region. In addition to the restaurant, we offer venues for parties, weddings, and corporate events, and we provide custom catering services.
