The library belongs to the core branches of the KJM and cooperates with local kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, for which it implements educational programmes. It also works with children with various types of disabilities, organises cultural and educational events and exhibitions for the public, and offers umbrellas and glasses in addition to its book collection.

The KJM Central Library offers a large selection of beautiful and educational literature, periodicals, AV media and music, services for blind and visually impaired readers, internet and electronic databases. It also lends e-books, readers, board games, toys, didactic aids, etc. It organises cultural and educational events for the public.

The branch provides basic lending and information services to readers of all ages. It is connected to the KJM network of automated operations. It provides readers with access to articles in electronic form and enables them to download and borrow e-books. In addition to the book collection, it also offers board games and didactic aids.

The library is one of the main branches of the KJM and has a separate section for children and adult readers. It is located in the building of the famous Kinokavárna. The library actively participates in the events of the Brno-sever municipality and cooperates with local kindergartens, primary schools and schools, offers wi-fi connection, lends e-readers, CDs with spoken word and umbrellas.

Operation of a library providing scientific information services to hospital staff or medical students. Arranges to borrow scholarly journals from other libraries and makes copies of articles from scholarly information materials.

Offering library services with medical literature for employees, workers of organizations, students and the public. We provide the possibility of copying. You can also find specialist Czech and foreign journals. We provide reprographic services.

Since 2017, it has been part of KJM's network of automated operations. The branch actively cooperates with the local Studánka Kindergarten and didactic toys and aids are also available for loan.
