We offer exercises for parents with children. The lessons are made up of various rhymes, movement poems and teasers, songs and small games. We focus on developing and strengthening movement skills, but also on promoting psychosocial relationships.

I offer regular exercise classes for women and outdoor group classes for moms with kids. I combine aerobic elements with strength training for problem areas. In addition to exercise, the classes also provide an opportunity to meet new friends. Come improve your fitness, tone your body, and recharge your energy.

We specialize in exercise classes for children from four months to six years old and also offer instructional massage classes for children and infants. Our programs include both parent-led exercise classes and independent activities for children to encourage their creativity and motor skills.

Our Academy focuses on sports training for children, youth and adults. We offer swimming, judo and exercise for the little ones. We also organize summer camps and training camps.

TJ has a gym and several halls (yoga, all-round, exercise for parents and children, pupils, women). There is also a building with a four-lane bowling alley, which is also used by visually impaired players. There is also an asphalt playground with goals, originally for handball, tennis and beach volleyball courts.
