We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run badminton, volleyball, bodybuilding, netball and table tennis clubs. We offer aerobics, yoga, sports gymnastics, bodyforming, exercise classes for seniors, parents with children and children.

We run an association which brings together eight sports clubs. We use a multi-purpose sports hall and rent a ski area with two lifts. We have clubs for women's and children's exercise, badminton, karate, tennis, skiing, table tennis, chess and volleyball.

We offer courses for expectant parents: a course of antenatal preparation with midwife Lucie Přikrylová and a course of what and how after birth, which is focused on the first weeks with the baby. For parents with babies, there are courses throughout the year on exercising with babies from birth to kindergarten, as well as courses on Baby and Infant Massage.

Providing exercise classes for parents with children, pre-school children, younger pupils and exercise classes for women. We organise fancy dress, Christmas and St Nicholas parties, nature walks and other events.
