We are passionate sports enthusiasts who have been running an aerobic club for children since 2006. We offer a wide range of sporting activities and suburban camps that promote exercise and fun. Our goal is to provide a space for all children to compete and enjoy movement.

In our practice, we combine yoga and Ayurveda to help others find a balance of body and mind. We offer individual classes that focus on breathing, discipline and personal transformation. Our philosophy is based on a deep understanding and love of these two disciplines.

We operate a fitness centre. We conduct classes in spinning, power yoga, body building, dance and step aerobics, health and fitness exercises or calanetics. We also offer belly dance, hatha yoga, pilates, TRX, alpinning and bosu classes. We organize summer intensive exercise courses with instructors.

We offer a wide range of exercises for women: bosu, zumba and flexi-bar, as well as aerobics with weight training, power yoga, circuit training, slowtoning, fitballs, pilates, bodystyling, portdebras, endorphin dance. The Liberec Leisure Time Organisation was founded in 2012 with the aim to supplement and improve the quality of the offer of leisure activities for children, adolescents and adults. We organize music, dance, art, sports, language and technical interest groups.

We operate a fitness center. There is a solarium, vibration plate, gym, fitball, zumba, pilates, trampolines, badminton and table tennis. We create individual menus.

Provide further training for teachers, leisure activities for children, legislative assistance to schools, management training or IT consultancy. We provide clubs in languages, art, technology, sports and music.
