There are rooms for accommodation in two buildings, kitchen, dining room with fireplace, two halls for programs and exercises, tea room and sauna (for 4-6 persons).

We offer a wide range of exercises for women: bosu, zumba and flexi-bar, as well as aerobics with weight training, power yoga, circuit training, slowtoning, fitballs, pilates, bodystyling, portdebras, endorphin dance. We offer courses of Chinese Qigong and Taichi exercises with complementary shiatsu therapy. Balanced, physically undemanding activity for all ages aimed at regenerating physical and mental strength. We also provide private instruction, weekend seminars and regular summer retreats with exercise classes.
