We are a young family with 3 children and were inspired to start our own rehab by personal experience. We decided to personally contribute to a change in the approach to rehabilitation and recovery and the potential of preventative exercise instead of just solving problems.

In my physiotherapy practice, I offer help with eliminating or alleviating problems of the whole body. You can come to me for pain from sedentary work or sports. I am concerned with improving fitness and returning to normal life after surgery, especially orthopaedic surgery.
