Our job is to actively seek out and contact people who have lost their housing or are at risk of losing their housing and are leading a risky lifestyle or are threatened by this lifestyle.

We offer help, prevention and care for drug addicts. The aim is to reduce the health and social damage of clients using addictive substances. We provide counseling for users and their loved ones. We provide debt counseling and exchange used syringes for sterile syringes.

The service is intended for all people who find themselves in adverse life situations. The assistance is mediated through social workers, social service workers, SD centres or workers of authorities and other organisations and institutions.

We contact children and young people aged 6-20 in the city of Karviná in places that are close to these groups - parks, benches, playgrounds, housing estates. Our mission is to act preventively, to provide advice, help and support in situations that children and young people face.

We are dedicated to protecting and advocating for the needs, rights and interests of all the hearing impaired in the country. We offer interpreting services for the hearing impaired, sign language courses for the public, a counseling center for the hearing impaired, social and legal counseling, assistance in dealing with the authorities, room rental.

Running the Dopatra Club which caters for children, young people and young adults who are in or at risk of a difficult life situation and who do not seek standard forms of help and care in specialist facilities. The aim is to reduce the possible risks associated with their way of life.

We provide help, advice and treatment to people at risk of the consequences of substance misuse.

Provides support to families with children in long-term adverse social situations. In cooperation with the clients of the service, we strive to maintain the coexistence of family members and the healthy development of children in the family, strengthen them in their independence and strive for the social inclusion of families in society.

Providing regular help and support to children with mental, physical or combined disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. We provide magnet therapy, hydrotherapy, ball exercises, massage and other types of rehabilitation. We provide meals.

We care for families with children in long-term adverse social situations. The service is provided in an outreach form. We provide social therapeutic activities and assistance in exercising rights. We carry out educational, training and activation activities.

We bring together sexologists and professionals of other disciplines interested in this issue. We participate in raising the level of expertise of our members. We organize professional seminars and symposia. We provide contacts with experts from near and far abroad.

The aim of the association is to unite, on the basis of common professional and professional interests, individuals involved in addictionology and to develop this field. At the same time, the priority is the development of lifelong learning, adictological research and to strengthen the position and opportunities of members of the association in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Our aim is to seek out and then work with non-alcohol substance users in their natural environment, to support them in dealing with their life situation from a social, psychological and health perspective and to minimise the risks associated with substance use.

We participate in the development of recommended treatments and update the concept of the field. We organize annual conferences or educational seminars for practitioners in the system of continuing education. We publish a professional journal.
