I am an accredited yoga and dance instructor, EFT therapy guide, baby massage instructor. I have been conducting courses for all generations for a long time in several locations in the Strakonice district and beyond. I organize self-development workshops, I make yoga aids and custom-made buckwheat pillows.

We focus on hormonal yoga seminars for women, men and diabetics. The exercises have scientifically based results and no previous knowledge of yoga is necessary. We organize events related to health and overall harmony of body, mind and soul. We can help you bring harmony, peace, health and balance back into your life.

Come and exercise, relax, get energized, immerse yourself in the rhythms of your breath and experience the world of yoga. We organize weekend yoga classes in beautiful resorts in various places in the Czech Republic. On our weekends you will encounter both classical and dynamic concepts of yoga. We hold regular classes in Sluštice.
