We operate a fitness center. There are fitness machines of Grün Sport brand. You can also use various forms of aerobic exercise, as well as zumba, indoor cycling, power yoga or body step. We also provide coaching services (menus or training plans). It is possible to purchase supplementary nutrition.

Offer Kyokushin karate classes. Main goal is to develop and teach full-contact style of Kyokushin Karate, followed by Muay Thai and Circuit training. Regular exercise for children from 4 to 11 years old. Under the guidance of an experienced coach, children will improve their movement skills in a playful way, which they can then apply in judo. Includes elements of gymnastics, basic tumbling techniques, active games and use of tools, parkour techniques, stretching and light weight training.
