We conduct judo and self-defense training for children and youth. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. Children will learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics and fall technique. Our wards participate in competitions all over the country.

Chinese martial art Taiji (Tai chi). We also organize multi-day Taiji courses combined with a stay in nature. These are outdoor classes.

We offer a wide range of sports activities for children and adults, including swimming, athletics, climbing and parkour. Our goal is to promote healthy development and teach children to work together through fun games. We believe that movement and sport help build confidence and personal skills.
