Judo training for children from 6 years old and for adults. It doesn't matter if you want to compete or do judo for the joy of movement - with us the door is always open. Our aim is to give all people the opportunity to train according to the principles of judo: courtesy, courage, honesty, modesty, respect, self-control, friendship.

We organize a sports club focused on judo. We participate in sports competitions and tournaments in judo. Children learn the basics of gymnastics and acrobatics, basic movement skills and fall technique. We strive to develop all-round mobility in the trainees.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.

We run sports clubs for athletics, basketball, football, netball and bodybuilding. We also run tennis, volleyball, squash and bowls teams.

We bring together those interested in learning traditional Karate-do. We organize trainings, coaches' seminars around the country, karate camps and seminars.

The chess school organizes many chess clubs, group and individual trainings for all ages and abilities in Frýdek-Místek and its surroundings. It organizes many chess competitions and tournaments. The most famous of them are international festivals: Tournaments of Chess Hopes and Talent CUP.

We operate a karate club.

Operation of a sports billiards club. We participate in league competitions and tournaments. Our players are active in competitive teams of the Czech Carom League. The home game room of our team offers sports facilities for the players themselves as well as for guests and all fans of our sport.

The association brings together students of the Y.C. Wong sifu. We organize training for beginners and advanced, children and adults.

Judo for children 4 years and up. We train in Čelákovice, Dolní Počernice and Klánovice. We offer judo lessons, club events and tournaments.
