The Baroque chateau was built in 1721 and forms a valuable whole with the Gothic church and the Classicist rectory. The current exposition of the museum (formerly called the Tatra Technical Museum) consists of a typologically compact collection of passenger cars, with which the Tatra automobile company made its mark in the world history of automotive engineering in the 20th century.
