We are a training center focused on functional training. We offer sports interval training based on basic multi-joint exercises.

Our name says it all, our gym is open non-stop and therefore we don't know holidays, opening hours and we have no restrictions, just register and start working out whenever you feel like it.

We are a sports club in Kladno, mainly dedicated to badminton, but also other sports. Our main interest is working with children and youth. During the school year we regularly train and go to tournaments or organize tournaments. During the holidays we go to training camps, which are not limited to our club.

Operation of the fitness centre.

We operate a fitness centre. We offer gym, thai boxing, classic boxing, circuit training, krav maga for kids, exercise for kids. We provide counseling. We sell LEONE brand sportswear and dietary supplements.

I offer personal training sessions in the gym or if you don't like closed spaces full of people, outdoor training. I organize group classes like tabata, functional training, circuit training.

We run a football club.

We operate a functional training center. In functional training you exercise different muscle parts in different degrees of difficulty and it is up to you what kind of training program you choose.

We run a healthy functional movement studio, mainly focusing on Pilates classes and exercise on Allegro Reformers Pilates machines. We also offer SMsystem, TRX, health exercises. We organise various sporting events, workshops, seaside and weekend retreats with exercise.

Operation of fitness center. Sports and exercise programs are provided by certified instructors on specialized sports equipment. We organize classes of zumba, spinning, jumping, fitball, pilates and others.

We are a small family studio in the very centre of Pilsen, very easily accessible by public transport and by car. We offer a wide range of group lessons for beginners and advanced. In addition to regular classes, weekend day events, weekend retreats and holidays with exercise by the sea are an integral part of our offer.
