Operation of functional training and TRX center. We are engaged in conducting personal and group classes. We focus on improving fitness, body shaping, creating a functional body, building endurance, reducing weight, improving coordination and mobility. We specialize in aerobic and strengthening exercises.

We organize competitive aerobics training for children, youth and adults, we participate in various performances and competitions in sports aerobics and fitness teams. We have a range of classes for children aged 4 to 16. Aerobics, dance and all-sports. We also have a great range of indoor classes for adults.
