We organise a sports club for children and young people focusing on judo. We participate in competitions and tournaments in judo. Children learn the basics of gymnastics and acrobatics, basic movement skills and fall technique. We strive to develop all-round mobility in the trainees.

We offer you the opportunity to learn to control your body, stretch and learn self-defense techniques through Taekwondo. Our school focuses on skill development and physical fitness, whether you are a beginner or advanced.

We operate a training and education center in the field of security, self-defense, crime prevention and other related activities. We cooperate with the Police of the Czech Republic. We create prevention and training projects. We offer Musado and Tilius martial arts training, specialized courses and lectures.

We are an official IKMF affiliate offering an effective cow-maga self-defense system for all ages. We teach techniques to defend against various attacks and believe that everyone can learn to defend themselves. We also organize suburban camps for children.

The school provides regular training sessions for its members on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Prague 5 Primary School, ul. Weberova and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the primary school in Týnec nad Sázavou.
