We offer taekwondo lessons.

We are an official IKMF affiliate offering an effective cow-maga self-defense system for all ages. We teach techniques to defend against various attacks and believe that everyone can learn to defend themselves. We also organize suburban camps for children.

We are an association specializing in teaching self-defense Krav Maga for children and youth. The civilian version of Krav Maga for adults is for all adults regardless of physical condition, it is for men and women of any age.

We have been running a karate club since 1998. We organize regular camps, summer camp, competitions and other sporting events. We organise a sports club for children and young people focusing on judo. We participate in competitions and tournaments in judo. Children learn the basics of gymnastics and acrobatics, basic movement skills and fall technique. We strive to develop all-round mobility in the trainees.

We are based on the most effective system of Krav Maga (Hebrew for "close combat"). Children deal with risky situations on a physical or preventative level. Classes include motor development, coordination of children's movements, strengthening and thematic games.

Whether you are interested in boxing or any other sport in our range, we are here for you. Those interested can train under the supervision of an experienced coach, professional world champion in boxing organization GBF, finalist of the sportsman of the year, medalist of the Czech Championship in boxing and fitness, DANIEL VENCEL.

Sports club dedicated to teaching judo, mainly in schools in the Beroun region. The more skilled children develop their skills further in a competitive group and successfully participate in competitions. We guarantee judo lessons at the elementary school Králův Dvůr - Počaply also within the Judo to Schools project.

We operate an association dedicated to teaching the Korean martial art of Teakwon-Do. Taekwon-Do strengthens the mental side of a person at the same time as developing physical fitness.
