In the grounds of the national cultural monument Cistercian Abbey Porta Coeli in Předklášteří you will find a museum with permanent exhibitions and short-term exhibitions in the building of the former provost's office. The premises of the monastery church, now the parish church, are open at hourly intervals.

We operate a museum based in Pauline's Court. We have a permanent exhibition Nature and History of Northwest Moravia. The exhibition is installed in 11 halls and presents the history of the Šumperk region and the nature of Šumperk and Jeseniky. In the exposition you can see regional archaeological findings.

Already at that time, there was probably a Gothic fortress with a manor house, which was lent to the Austrian nobleman Siegfried Sirotek by the Czech King Wenceslas I in 1249. Tours of the castle. The history of Zvíkovo Castle has been linked to the royal family of the Přemyslids since the beginning. In summer, for example, theatre or swordplay performances take place here. The first step towards the foundation was probably taken by Přemysl Otakar I in 1226.

The representative Art Nouveau villa was occupied between 1913 and 1939 by the family of Alfred and Marianne Löw-Beer, Greta Tugendhat's parents. Today the villa houses the permanent museum exhibition "Jews in Moravia. Villa and its inhabitants", a freely accessible garden with a gallery and a café.

In an unused underground passageway under the town office, visitors will be reminded of the history of the Richard Limestone Mine, which was written in three periods. The exhibition traces the period of the limestone mine, the underground factory and the radioactive waste repository.
