We run a Japanese martial arts club Aikido. We have a Facebook profile where we announce current activities or regular events like misogi.

At our meditation centre, our main concern is that our clients leave our centre happy, relaxed and in a good mood. Musical meditation with the vibration of gongs, Tibetan bowls and other music therapy instruments is nowadays one of the recommended and proven relaxation methods.
