The brewery can be found just a few steps from Prague Castle, hidden in the pleasant historical grounds of Strahov Monastery. Since 2000, we have been brewing Sv. Norbert beer here using quality ingredients and recipes. We regularly organize various cultural events. We offer the possibility of brewery tours and tastings.

Sale of beer from the Volt microbrewery in Jablonec nad Nisou. Normally six to ten types are on offer. Ideal for beer gourmets or as a souvenir from the Jizera Mountains. We sell only bottled beers.

The idea of expanding the restaurant to include a brewery was realized in 2020. The restaurant has almost a century of tradition and having its own beer was lacking. We brew unfiltered, unpasteurized, honest beers. You can taste classic lagers and top-fermented beers with us.
