The inn, whose asset is honest Czech cuisine in a modern coat, is dominated by a brewery where we lovingly prepare our beer. We brew for you beer of all styles and flavours that exist in the world. We brew exclusively from the best ingredients on the market and with as much handmade ingredients as possible.

The renewed tradition of deep-rock brewing in a historic ballroom, craft golden mocha without chemical crutches, resting in the heart of the sub-castle, live beer and music.

Operation of the brewery. Kolčavka Brewery was established in 2014 and since then it has become an integral part of Prague Libeň. A big change occurred when the brewery moved to Lihovarská Street in 2021, where it operates together with the Beseder restaurant.

We brew classic Czech beer styles such as Czech lager (light and dark), but also IPA, APA, NEIPA, berliner weise, wheat, GRUIT and many others.

We sell all ingredients for beer production. We try to keep the products in the best quality and freshness. We offer malts, hops, yeast, disinfectants, and all accessories for brewing.

Sale of food, alcoholic and soft drinks and tobacco. Sale of cask beer. Sale of spirits. We deliver goods to customers. We supply hotels, restaurants, cafes, retail stores, school canteens, soup kitchens and canteens. We offer distribution of over 120 beers from 25+ breweries.
