The Healthy Movement Centre offers fitness services, specifically in two halls where clients can choose from a variety of fitness, dance, weight loss and other classes.

Our fitness studio offers a wide range of exercises, including pilates, functional training and rehabilitation methods. We focus on developing strength, flexibility and correct posture. Our goal is to inspire clients to healthy movement and personal development.
