We operate a brewery where we brew unpasteurized and unfiltered beers from various combinations of malts and hops. From great ten, to lagers and strong beers, to ale and wheat beers.

We operate a microbrewery Lanýž. Lanýž beer is brewed according to traditional methods and recipes from quality Czech malts, Žatec hop varieties, brewer's yeast and local well water, which significantly contributes to the character of our beer. In addition to the traditional 10° and 12°, we also brew seasonal beer specials.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. We operate a brewery with a restaurant. You can enjoy Ossegg beer in the impressive baroque restaurant space, directly under the brewhouse. From the restaurant you can also watch the action in the main production hall, which is separated only by a glass wall.
