The practice of any style of yoga is open to everyone, regardless of their fitness, experience or awareness of yoga. Our aim is to offer the full spectrum of yoga for each visitor's journey.

Our Body and Mind Studio offers group and private classes on Reformers that strengthen all muscle groups. We also organize yoga classes for adults and children, Pilates and Feldenkrais classes. The schedule includes these classes every day of the week, taught by certified experienced instructors.
