There is a yoga studio on the mat. We run group classes, individual classes and open classes of classical, gentle, pregnancy and yin yoga. Classes are taught with respect for the body and breath, in small groups, with an emphasis on safety and individual attention.

We are a Czech-Indian family passionate about yoga and meditation. We organize yoga and meditation events, instructor courses, relaxation and self-discovery retreats. In Europe from spring to autumn. For winter we usually go to India where we organize exotic yoga retreats by the sea and spend time with the Indian part of the family.
