We provide yoga classes.

A space that caresses and heals itself - that's us, a boutique studio. A building you would normally pass by without a sign of interest is "different" inside. A space where women indulge in moments of stopping, resting and returning to themselves. Yoga or J-HO is about connection.

We offer physical activities for children and adults, suburban camps and first aid courses in summer. We offer a wide range of massages and nutritional advice. We are currently enrolling for kids and teen classes, join us.

Your studio for holistic wellness. We offer yoga, dance, breathing exercises, lectures, workshops and therapies. We are also a coffee shop. Come and refresh yourself with delicious coffee or ceremonial cocoa. Experience the infrared sauna and rooms with healing infrared lights.

We offer yoga and pilates classes, for beginners and advanced. We cater for the early bird, the night owl, and those who only have time to attend classes at the weekend. We are an international team of great instructors who care about making you feel good. We have plenty of classes in English, too. Looking forward to it!

We offer pilates, physiofit and yoga classes.

Our Body and Mind Studio offers group and private classes on Reformers that strengthen all muscle groups. We also organize yoga classes for adults and children, Pilates and Feldenkrais classes. The schedule includes these classes every day of the week, taught by certified experienced instructors.
