We produce and sell craft beer. We care about quality, variety and honest approach. You can buy our beers every day in the company shop. We also offer pleasant seating in the brewery taproom or garden.

We are a modern, independent microbrewery brewing honest, slightly arrogant beer. We focus on interesting and unusual flavoured specials such as White stout - a beer with oak chips laden in 12 year old Metaxa, with coffee beans and coffee etc.

Brewery Operations.

We are a microbrewery from Mlékojed near Litoměřice, where we brew honest Czech craft beer with exceptional taste. You can feel the enthusiasm in our beer, because it's 100% brewed here.

Our brewery produces bottom fermented pilsner type beers as well as other specialty beers. Our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized.

We run a microbrewery and pub offering yeasted, unfiltered and unpasteurised light or semi-dark beers.

In the local family brewery we continue the tradition of brewing beer in South Bohemia. We brew here honest, Czech, bottom-fermented beers, as well as top-fermented beers, known mainly abroad. For the production of beer we use not only quality Czech malts, but especially water from the local underground lake.

Since 2011, we started brewing beer in the Břevnov monastery again. We brew up to 40 different beers a year, a total of 4,000 hl. We brew from classic lagers to ALE beers, sour beers to wood-aged beers. Our beers are tapped in the Monastery Granary and we offer an interesting tour.

Operation of the microbrewery.

Manufacture and sale of beer and beer specials. We offer classic Czech beers and top-fermented specials (ALE, IPA). We run a brewery pub with a kitchen right in the brewery. On selected dates, the Stodola is also open, where various events are held. We organize brewery tours for groups and the public.

Operation of a brewery and production of Maxmilian brand beer.

We operate a brewery where we brew unpasteurized and unfiltered beers from various combinations of malts and hops. From great ten, to lagers and strong beers, to ale and wheat beers.

We produce Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel beers. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco.
