Our methodology is based on Ayurvedic medicine, which is based on the laws of nature and takes into account the uniqueness of each person. I guide people back to themselves through yoga, mindful and functional movement with overlap, meditation, cacao ceremonies and rituals of conscious touch. We offer classical massages and rehabilitation of the spine using the certified method SM system - Spiral stabilization of the spine, according to MUDr. Smíšek. We solve back and spine pain. I specialize in non-specific back pain, disc prolapse, scoliosis and rib blockages. We have wheelchair accessible facilities, we also massage wheelchair users.

Sedentary jobs, stress, lack of time. All this is reflected on our body in the form of pain. That's why I have created a deeply regenerative massage, using several therapeutic techniques that effectively work with pain. You can rest and clear your mind with a relaxing massage.
