We offer advocacy for the rights, interests and needs of members, especially in the areas of labor, wage and benefit law. We focus on creating conditions to reduce unemployment, retain employment and promote job creation.

We advise members on employment, payroll and welfare issues. The essence of union activity is to offer and provide services to union members who are organized in local groups, as well as to unorganized railroaders for whom we offer representation.

We bring together basic trade union organisations from more than 27 companies. We actively seek to improve pay and working conditions for all employees. We further support our members with a range of fringe benefits. It is a member of the largest trade union headquarters of the ČMKOS.

Providing trade union services for the health and social care sector. We also provide legal assistance.

We are a trade union at the railway administration, a state organisation. We represent employees in the railway traffic management segment in the positions of announcer, gate keeper, switch supervisor, signalman, traffic operator, dispatcher and dispatcher.

Provision of employment advice, support and social security to members. Furthermore, providing methodological and advisory activities to members of the association on OSH issues and providing OSH information to plant inspectors at least once a year in the form of seminars and training.

We focus on protecting and promoting the professional, economic, skills, social, working and living conditions of our members. We organize seminars. In our program we continue the Christian democratic traditions of the first republic. We also engage in intensive cooperation with trade unions.
