Welcome to a shared space where work and movement come together. I offer guided yoga classes and courses, from beginner to advanced, yoga retreats, teacher training and much more, such as guided classes and courses.

We provide exercises with your own body weight on the TRX system. Also functional circuit training, indoor cycling, cardio exercise, yoga and personal training. We mainly use an individual approach and workout in a maximum of 10 people because of the supervision of the correct execution of individual exercises.
