We are a traditional karate and self-defense club belonging to the CUDK organization. Training is conducted by Ales Roth, who has been practicing karate continuously since 1978. The training is focused on the overall personal development of the individual, so anyone from 15 to 90 years old can join us.

I offer martial art ju-jitsu lessons. These are methods of fighting without weapons, which included a variety of techniques for close combat. The fighting primarily involves strikes, punches, kicks, joint-locking and the use of small additional weapons. It is an effective form of self-defence.

Judo classes, development of physical and fitness endurance. Participate in judo tournaments and competitions. Judo develops both physical and mental side of personality.

Our school specializes in the traditional Chinese arts of Tai Ji Quan and Qigong. We offer classes for everyone, regardless of age or experience level.
