We invite you to recruitment to the martial sports club, to the course where you will learn the basics of 3 martial sports: boxing, kickboxing, thaiboxing, muay thai, but also learn how to properly stretch, and how to properly strengthen for combat sports. Both men and women from the age of 15 are invited, as well as juniors and privates.

Tai ji (Tai chi) and Qigong (Qigong) courses in the centre of Brno. We learn Wudang Taichi for relaxation, strengthen body and mind with Qigong for health. Taoist Tai Chi from the Wudang Mountains. We practice in the gym and in nature. Classes for beginners, group and individual.

I offer martial art ju-jitsu lessons. These are methods of fighting without weapons, which included a variety of techniques for close combat. The fighting primarily involves strikes, punches, kicks, joint-locking and the use of small additional weapons. It is an effective form of self-defence.

We are dedicated to teaching the world's most effective self-defense system to adults and children. In addition to krav maga, we also teach grappling, mma and other martial arts skills. We prepare our students in terms of strength, conditioning, mental setup or fighting skills.

We are engaged in teaching the Korean art of self-defense Taekwon-do. We organize trainings, camps, seminars and trips.
