Our school specializes in the traditional Chinese arts of Tai Ji Quan and Qigong. We offer classes for everyone, regardless of age or experience level. We teach Krav Maga and self-defense, under the world organization Krav Maga Global (Eyal Yanilov) and Austrian organization SAMI Combat Systems (Peter Weckauf). Teaching mixed classes, women only, self-defense for children, movement activities with self-defense elements for children. Preparation for firearms license and shooting courses.
