Running a judo sports club for children and young people. Children learn the basics of martial gymnastics, fall technique, jujutsu, judo and grappling sports.

Arnis/Kali/Escrima Filipino martial arts classes. Under the guidance of a certified instructor within the IPMAF ( International Phillippino Martial Arts Federation) and ICFS (International Combat Fighting Systems).

We offer Chinese martial arts instruction. We specialize in Taiji Yang, Chen Taiji, Shaolin kung fu, Qi kung.

Organizing martial arts courses. In addition to regular courses around the country, we hold regular seminars for both domestic security forces and the general public. Our priorities include imparting the necessary skills to students, increasing their sense of confidence and security.

Asia Budo Centre - a place where the tradition of Japanese karate and modern self-defence meet. We believe that martial arts is a path to self-control, courage and humility. We have been with you since 2007, for 18 years.

I run a gym. I also provide comprehensive advice in fitness and nutrition. I offer fitness and hiit training, circuits, TacFit, self-defense and martial arts.
