If you are interested in the Japanese martial art of Aikido, we would be happy to welcome you to our newly formed club. We focus on the study of Aikido in the lineage of Shoji Nishio sensei students. We are here to support you on your journey to health, confidence and harmony.

Traditional karate and self-defense since 1996.

Japanese martial arts school focused on teaching samurai techniques, self-defense, iaido, battoda and kobujutsu. We offer regular training, seminars and sports training under the guidance of certified instructors.

We operate a Thai boxing school that focuses on orthodox Muay Thai and the ancient martial arts of Muay Boran and Krabi Krabong. We take an individual approach to training and we certainly don't want mass training where you get a trainer once or twice a session.

Operation of a Japanese martial arts school Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu containing 6 schools of Samurai skills and 3 schools of Ninjutsu. Teaching takes place in individual dojo throughout the country.

Organizing courses of traditional Japanese martial art Kendo. We are the oldest Kendo club in our country and have been practicing Kendo since 1986. Our endeavor has always been and will continue to be to practice and spread Kendo as "The Way of the Sword" in the spirit of its deep traditions and philosophy.

Teaching of original Okinawan karate. Training for children and adults.

I hold two-month intensive body and mind shaping classes based on Thai boxing. You will learn basic techniques, the art of concentration and relaxation. I have been practicing since 1993, I am an A license trainer, international referee for 9 years, world champion, I have trained many national champions and representatives.

We teach Shotokan Karate (JKA) with love, enthusiasm, but also with fighting spirit. Our goal is a friendly atmosphere, mutual respect, but also good results at competitions. Karate is suitable for children and adults of any age, our home locations are Prague 10, Měcholupy and Štěrboholy.

Martial arts training with a focus on self-defence. We are now training in the Křimická Elementary School.

Krav Junior is not only about training self-defense techniques and increasing the level of safety of children, but also about having fun and expanding horizons - with us, children will simply have fun. We organize a lot of fun and educational events for them, both short and long term.

We conduct judo and self-defense training for children and youth. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. Children will learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics and fall technique. Our wards participate in competitions all over the country.

The association brings together students of the Y.C. Wong sifu. We organize training for beginners and advanced, children and adults.
