We offer a basic OWD diving course, where we teach you the skills for dives up to 18 m, as well as follow-up courses AOWD and Nitrox. We do test dives in the pool, lake and quarry. We use APEKS equipment, wetsuits and Water Proof drysuits, which we sell in our shop, which is also an authorised APEKS service centre.

I offer martial art ju-jitsu lessons. These are methods of fighting without weapons, which included a variety of techniques for close combat. The fighting primarily involves strikes, punches, kicks, joint-locking and the use of small additional weapons. It is an effective form of self-defence.

We are a climbing club. We run a climbing school. We mainly focus on mountain climbing both winter and summer. Our focus is learning how to move safely in the mountains and almost all activities related to it.

We offer therapeutic yoga that focuses on the healthy and harmonious development of the individual. We emphasize mindful presence and correct posture, which contributes to the prevention of back and joint pain. Our classes incorporate elements of hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga and physiotherapy insights.
