I run a tennis school for children. I offer individual and group lessons. I organize winter and summer tennis camps.

We provide indoor and outdoor climbing courses. We offer skialps, via ferrata, bouldering and climbing courses for beginners and advanced on artificial wall, rock and ice. School of Japanese martial arts Aikido (including applications of Kyousho Jitsu - use of vital points). We offer trainings for people from 8 years old, beginners and advanced.

We offer courses in long and short sword, shield, wrestling, stage and combat fencing. Our students also place great emphasis on physical fitness. We strive to make several levels of training available to attend, from complete beginner to advanced. We organize tournaments.

Children's sports camps and educational camps. We are a young company, and we aim to bring a fresh wind to the educational system. We want to help where we are as an external entity operating outside the Ministry of Education. We organize sports and educational camps for primary schools and the public. We combine Spiraldynamics, Pilates and post-rehabilitation exercises with Christian spirituality. We offer online classes to motivate you on your journey to natural movement and mental health. We share our experiences with love and the belief that movement can be a joy, not a duty.

We offer year-round tennis lessons at your place of residence for all children regardless of age: preschoolers 4 - 6 years old, elementary school children 6 - 10 years old, girls and boys 10 - 15 years old. In the summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our TS.

We offer group and individual swimming courses for children and adults. Our courses are led by experienced instructors who will help you improve your swimming skills. We also specialise in sports swimming courses.
