Offering yoga courses. We work with your thought and awareness, breath. We provide physical exercises, relaxation or use of sexual energy. In our club we practice yoga gymnastics, hatha yoga, rental, relaxation, bandhas and mudras. We practice in groups and in a friendly spirit. We bring you relaxation.

Tennis school operating since 1990 - for children, students, adults and whole families. Lessons are offered year round individually or in groups of 2 to 4 players. We organize tennis courses. The tennis hall is available to rent individually for your game.

Outdoor exercise in nature for women and men 35+ in Stodůlky and Hostivař. Exercise in swimming pools in 5 locations in Prague (Stodůlky, Hostivař, Průhonice, Košíře, Nové město).

The instructor of the "Golden Hill Taoist Arts Centre" school offers tai chi chuan (tai chi, taichi, taiji, taiji) lessons, including elements of chi kung (qigong, qi gong). The practice is meditative in nature, and serves as a health (rehabilitation) and combat system. Suitable for beginners.

We offer paragliding courses for beginners and advanced.

The tennis school offers year-round tennis courses for children in the place of residence: for preschoolers 4 - 6 years, for primary school children 6 - 10 years, for girls and boys 10 - 15 years. In summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our school.

We organize martial arts and judo classes.

I run a tennis school for children. I offer individual and group lessons. I organize winter and summer tennis camps.

I provide aqua aerobics, kickboxing, dance and fitness classes for the public. I organize sports wellness events with exercise. Also offer deep aqua aerobics, jogging and relaxation.
