Zbraslavská koza is a brand of beer that has continued a long family tradition. The beer is exceptional only because it is a "girl's business", namely a mother and daughter. They focus mainly on classic Czech lagers, brewed only from quality Czech ingredients.

We run a brewery. We offer unfiltered and unpasteurized beer. From spring to autumn we have an outdoor beer garden and refreshments open on weekends.

On selected dates, the Stodola is also open, where various events are held. We organize brewery tours for groups and the public.

The production of the brewery is 6000 ha per year. It brews beer not only for its own needs, but also exports it to neighbouring towns.
