We operate a microbrewery and a restaurant. We offer traditional Czech cuisine, our own meatloaf, specialties of killing, pork knuckles on honey or tlačenky. We offer by appointment organization of various social events such as company parties, meetings, family celebrations. We can arrange barbecue and roasting of selet.

We operate a microbrewery offering yeasty light or semi-dark lager Vendelín. The beers are distributed in 30 and 50 litre kegs.

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. The Kaberna brewery brews unfiltered, unpasteurized beers, fermented by bottom and top fermentation. The selection ranges from low-alcohol beers (Kabrňáček 7°), through draught beers (e.g. Kabrňák 11°) to specials (e.g. Kabrňák 22°).
