We perform therapeutic hemapheresis procedures - by appointment, after consultation of the referring physician with the Blood Centre physician. Therapeutic plasmapheresis (TPE), erythrocytapheresis and thrombocytapheresis, leukocytapheresis, granulocyte apheresis and immunoadsorption.

We provide clinical-pharmacological examinations, consulting and consultancy services in the field of clinical pharmacology for both inpatient and outpatient workplaces of the FNO and for medical facilities outside the FNO.

Operation of the melanoma clinic.

The department carries out sonographic examinations of patients up to 18 years of age, especially patients hospitalized in the Department of Paediatric Medicine, Department of Paediatric Neurology and Department of Infectious Diseases. Examination is also provided to outpatients.

It is intended for patients with acute and chronic spinal problems. It is based on close cooperation between a neurosurgeon and a physiotherapist. According to the doctor's indication, the physiotherapist performs a diagnosis and determines a therapeutic plan.

There are spacious double or triple "ROOMING IN" rooms with private bathroom, TV and free internet access. Each newborn cot is equipped with a breathing monitor.

We deal with the surgical treatment of heart and large vessel diseases in adults. We are an accredited centre for cardiac surgery and intensive care medicine. We provide fellowship training in cardiac surgery, anesthesia, critical care and echocardiographic diagnosis of valvular heart disease.

The outpatient clinic is dedicated to monitoring patients after neuroinfections, care is provided to children and adults, including pregnant women. The majority of patients are patients with the neuroborreliosis or other more severe forms of the disease, especially joint disease.

The laboratory performs cellular examinations of all body tissues, especially cytological examinations of lungs, lymph, urine, salivary glands, thyroid, GIT, breasts.

In the centre we diagnose headaches and provide dispensary care and treatment for patients with primary headaches (migraine, tension headaches, cluster headache) and some types of secondary headaches (e.g. headaches from overuse of analgesics).

We run a child psychological outpatient clinic. Management of child somatic illness by psychological means, management of family and family members. Crisis intervention, acute psychotherapy, supportive intervention for the child and more.
