The Department of Risky and Pathological Pregnancy is an inpatient ward providing care to pregnant women who can no longer be treated on an outpatient basis due to an increasing risk of damage to the health of the mother or the fetus.

The centre focuses on peripheral nerve and muscle diseases. We offer a comprehensive electromyographic examination, sphincter and paravertebral muscle testing and examination of all available modalities of evoked potentials.

Diagnosis of the type and severity of cognitive disorders with subsequent rehabilitation, which is carried out individually and in groups. Cognitive rehabilitation is intended for patients with cognitive deficits hospitalized in FNO and outpatients in home care.

Operation of a retinal clinic.

There are 3 boxes at the station where beds for newborns are available, as well as 5 rooms for mother and child, the rooms are 2-3 beds. The station is equipped with incubators, heated beds, cots with the possibility of heated cushions, monitors of vital signs, the possibility of administering oxygen or inhalation, phototherapy.

Operation of an inpatient station in the Department of Internal and Metabolic Care. It consists of triple, double and single rooms with the possibility of extra equipment.

We provide care in the fields of paediatric and prenatal cardiology, pulmonology outpatient clinic, paediatric haematology and haematooncology department and others. The Department of Paediatric Medicine acts as an educational centre for first-line paediatricians and type I medical institutions.

This workplace provides a full range of breast examinations on high quality and modern equipment. The department also provides preventive breast screening.

Interventional angiology and neuroradiology outpatient clinic. The spectrum of outpatients is really wide. We are visited by patients after any vascular procedures on the entire vascular system who need highly specialized and targeted care.

Operation of the pulmonary outpatient clinic.

The department offers genetic counselling and performs specialised cytogenetic, molecular cytogenetic and molecular genetic examinations in cooperation with its cytogenetic and molecular genetics laboratories as well as with laboratories throughout the Czech Republic and abroad.

We are focused on the treatment of acute and chronic renal failure and cleansing the body of toxic substances during intoxication.
