We offer year-round tennis lessons at your place of residence for all children regardless of age: preschoolers 4 - 6 years old, elementary school children 6 - 10 years old, girls and boys 10 - 15 years old. In the summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our TS.

We offer exercises for the little ones with simple elements of karate, karate courses for children, adolescents and adults. We also conduct professional karate classes, we are dedicated to kata and kumite training. The trainings include personal development topics such as communication, acceptance of change, self-confidence and others.

We offer programs that help children improve their posture and develop healthy movement habits. Our activities are full of fun exercises and workbooks that motivate children to be active. Children learn to become aware of their bodies in a playful and accessible way, which contributes to the overall quality of their movement in everyday life.

Together we bring a modern concept of self-defense called Empowerment Self Defense. Our courses focus on prevention, perception of personal needs and communication. Learn how to defend yourself effectively and gain confidence in challenging situations.

I offer rehabilitation exercises, sps stabilization formerly sm system for whole spine pain, manual therapy. Seminars Memory training combined with rhb exercises and fine art techniques. I organize courses and wellness retreats, seminars.

Running an athletics club. We focus on providing state and departmental sports representation of the Czech Republic. The main task is to create conditions for sports preparation for top world competitions - Olympic Games, World Championships, European Championships and other important competitions.

Organizing courses of traditional Japanese martial art Kendo. We are the oldest Kendo club in our country and have been practicing Kendo since 1986. Our endeavor has always been and will continue to be to practice and spread Kendo as "The Way of the Sword" in the spirit of its deep traditions and philosophy.

We offer Taichi (Taichi) and Qigong (Qigong) exercises for beginners, women and men for strong health and self-defense skills. Training 2 - 3 times a week, weekend seminars, camps and retreats. Taichi training for children.
