Organizing martial arts courses. In addition to regular courses around the country, we hold regular seminars for both domestic security forces and the general public. Our priorities include imparting the necessary skills to students, increasing their sense of confidence and security.

Operation of the social centre.

Movement that makes sense. Group and individual classes that respect the body, without pressure to perform. Pilates, yoga, the SM System, aerobics, dance, as well as children’s classes and ballet for the youngest kids in Pohořelice. The goal is healthy posture, a strong core, and the joy of movement at every age.

We teach exercises from the very basics. We take care of correct breathing stereotype, ranges of motion, correct movement pattern. As you learn the movement, we load it. What you learn in our gym will stay with you permanently. And most importantly, everything is guaranteed to be used in real life outside the gym.
