I focus on the basics such as feet, breathing and walking as well as connecting the mind to the body. Introductory classes are only paid when a collaboration is established.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University and I offer services focused primarily on the development of physical fitness and condition, including corrective and strength training, physiotherapy and the development of movement skills.
